1 cup oat branProtein Dog BISCUITS

1 cup hemp protein powder 

1/2 cup pureed pumpkin

1/4 tsp baking soda

1/4 teaspoon of baking powder

3 tbs nutritional yeast

2 tbs coconut oil

4 tbs water

1/4 tsp dried oregano, basil and thyme



  1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees.
  2. Combine pumpkin, coconut oil and water in a bowl.
  3. Incorporate baking powder, yeast, herbs, oat bran and protein powder.
  4. Stir well until all ingredients are combined
  5. Form dough into shapes (I made bone shapes, but you can mould your dough into any shape)
  6. Bake for 30 minutes or until the biscuits dough has totally hardened and they are cooked through
  7. Cool on a wire rack
  8. Surprise your puppy with this healthy homemade treat!



Dog bone cookie

These keep for a week in an airtight container in the cupboard when fully cooked through. If your biscuits are still soft, try baking them for longer or store softer biscuits in the fridge.

Although these biscuits are for dogs, humans can have them too! Add some salt or stock powder before baking and cut them into thin rectangles to enjoy at your next party.
